The Hormone exercise is a natural approach. It helps you to reclaim your body’s natural balance and to stay in it.

The origin of female reproductive health issues can be traced back to disruptions in the hormonal system, where stress acts as a potential amplifying or causative factor. With this transformative method, we have a powerful tool to regain control over our femininity from puberty until post-menopause.

Also, I need to add that the method helps men too.

The hormone exercise taps into your body’s remarkable ability to heal itself – when you know how to activate it.

Me and my mission

I was exactly 30 when I discovered the method while struggling with early menopause symptoms...

Doctors said I should accept it and likely wouldn’t have children. My estrogen was undetectable, periods came every 3-4 months, I lost half my hair, my breasts flattened, and I experienced hot flashes and mood swings.
The medical solution offered was acceptance and hormone treatments to ease the situation. I felt I was living in a nightmare considering the fact I wished to have a baby at some point in my life but later on..
Instead, I researched natural alternatives, following my instincts and delaying medical interventions. I know there is so much more in my life to unfold.
I found the Aviva exercise, travelled to Budapest to learn it properly, followed the lifestyle recommendations and started my journey. The movements felt powerful immediately, but changes took months. Gradually, my period regulated, the pain disappeared, hair loss stopped, and my breasts returned to normal as my estrogen levels recovered.
I had my baby girl when I was 36 and even today, a couple of years later my hormonal system is balanced, according to doctors I could be ready for another cutie if I wish to, even at my age.

First, I conquered my pre-menopause diagnosis at 30 and had my baby years later. Second, I resolved incontinence issues following a severe childbirth tear (third-degree tear) that doctors warned would cause lifelong problems. After healing and using specific exercises, I have no symptoms today. What can I say after this? I feel very motivated from my heart to empower others to support their hormonal systems and harmonize both body and mind.
