I believe women deserve to understand and feel at home in their bodies — not just for today, but for life.
My mission is to give women a simple, accessible movement practice they can carry with them through every stage of womanhood — from their cycle and fertility journey to motherhood, midlife and beyond.
We don’t need complicated or expensive solutions. Sometimes, the most powerful place to start is with the basics: movement, awareness, mindset and connection.
Hormone Exercise is about giving you something that stays with you — a way to move, reconnect and support your body that you can return to for the rest of your life.
Because the goal isn’t just to feel better today.
It’s to know your body better for all the days to come.
The Hormone Exercise is inspired by the Aviva Method, a women’s movement practice developed by Hungarian-born dancer and physiotherapist Aviva Gabriella Steiner in the 1960s, after she began exploring how specific physical movements might influence hormonal balance and reproductive health.
Through her work with women, Aviva studied how rhythmic movement involving the pelvis and lower body could build greater awareness and connection with the female body. She developed a precise sequence of movements intended to support blood flow, work with reflex points, and support the endocrine system. Hormone Exercise brings that practice into a modern, accessible, online form — and you can see what the current research says about it on the [research page →]
Searching for answers after my early menopause diagnosis at 30, I refused to accept that my fertility story was over. That relentless search led me to the Aviva Method—prompting me to travel straight to Budapest to learn it at the source.
Seeing my body return to its natural, rhythmic function changed everything, leading me to commit to a two-year instructor training. By practising the movements, I welcomed my daughter at 36, conceiving in our very first month trying.
For the past eight years, I have dedicated myself to sharing what I’ve learned, helping women find their way back to balance so they don’t have to navigate their journeys alone.
